Plant Consultancy

The consultancy offered is designed to provide a range of solutions including:

 

  • Developing strategy for Plant Management and Any Line Open (ALO) or ATO. This has been developed at Infrastructure Manager, Principal Contractor or supply chain level.
  • Developing Plant Management Systems including Plant Operations Scheme (POS) in the UK for a range of clients operating Road/Rail Vehicles and On-Track Machines (Not POS).

Competence & Training

Training the workforce has to provide mutual benefits for the worker but also the employing organisation. Training can be developed to meet the customers needs either in a top-down approach (recommended) or bottom up.

This can involve developing competence frameworks, Risk Based Training Needs Analysis to develop competence standards and incorporation of Non-Technical Skills that underpin and enhance technical tasks improving safety helping people to anticipate, identify and mitigate errors. Systems to reduce skill/knowledge fade can also be provided.
